I am amazed that you made it through those temptations. I found it very hard to do so I actually decided that I would give myself a world cleanse. I did what seemed impossible. I decided no tv (I always get the munchies watching tv...By the way did I mention that I am a junk food junkie...I have never survived more than a day without a fix.) I also stayed away from anything that looked like food. I followed the diet as directed. I spent my time reading and writing Bible and positive help books. ALONE.

I survived 9 days! 1 more to go! I feel absolutely awesome! I feel revived. I am still not hungry. I have dropped 12 pounds. I can eat any healthy thing. I look forward to the slow raw food introduction come day 11. and I got a protein breakfast drink (I never liked breakfast) that promises to be terrific in maintaining and or continuing slow healthy weight loss!

Good Luck to you!
